Sammy und Cleo sind Mama und Tochter , unsterilisiert , ungeimpfte Wohnungkatzen.
Sie brauchen dringend ein neues zu Hause , leider gab es genug Umstände die sie in ihrem Raum eingeschränkt haben.
Dadurch sind beide so gestresst , das sie sich gegeneinander wenden und auch Rangkampf Getue halt mit.
Wer Interesse hat , und vielleicht Platz würde mich über PN freuen

Bitte nimm eine kleine Schutzgebuehr fuer die Tiere, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht im Labor enden.
Ausserdem kann ich nur dringend dazu raten, sie vorher kastrieren und impfen zu lassen. Du kannst dich nicht darauf verlassen, dass der neue Besitzer dies tun wird und bald gibt es dann 14 Katzen abzugeben.
Setz dich doch mit deinem lokalen Tierschutz in Verbindung, die koennen dich sicherlich dahingehend beraten, wie du ein gutes Zuhause fuer die Tiere findest.

Tierschutz , leider ein absoluter Witz hier , seit 2009 versuchen wir sie unterzubringen. Unter anderem auch per alle Tierheime im Umfeld , ausgehangene Aufrufe etc. Nun habe ich den Tierschutz Dresden angeschrieben aber die sind belegt , und haben keinen Platz , die haben beide Tiere ja auch auf ihrer HP ausgestellt aber keine Ergebnisse.
Naja ich suche und suche weiter....................

Ich stimme in allen Punkten zu. Wenn die zwei Katzen mal kastriert sind, dann wird sich auch ihr Stressfaktor um einiges mindern.
Und auf gar keinen Fall umsonst abgeben.

Ich meinte nicht, dass der Tierschutz dir die Tiere abnehmen wird. Ganz sicher sind die uebervoll wie jeder andere auch. Ich meine, dass sie dir RAT geben koennen, worauf du achten musst damit DU diese Tiere gut unterbringst. Sie werden dir wahrscheinlich etwas aehnliches sagen wie der Text hier. (Ich habs hier auch mal auf deutsch geposted, weiss allerdings nicht wie man das findet)

Please never ever give animals “free to a good home”. There are many people out there who take them and then sell them for $20-25 dollars to class B dealers who deliver animals to laboratories. These people are called bunchers. Others will pretend to adopt them and then use them as bait for dog fighting. Even the most experienced people are unable to tell a buncher from an adopter – the only way of doing this is their willingness to pay at least $25 for the pet.

The problem is you will never be able to tell whether the animal will go to a good home or not if you don’t charge a small, protective adoption fee.
Please never ever adopt out animals that are not spayed/neutered. Sadly, you cannot rely on the adopters taking care of this and in a city like Memphis that is overflowing with unaltered pets and their litters, it is a must. Memphis Animal Services euthanizes literally dozens of surrendered animals every day, this includes young kittens by the litter.
Currently I find the best deal in town is the Mid-South Spay & Neuter Services (www.spaymemphis.org). Animals can be fixed starting at age 6 weeks and weight 2 pounds. Vaccinations are available also for a very low price. Another low price address is PetVax. The incurred vet expenses can be completely or partially covered by the adoption fee you take which should never be less than $25.00 in order to keep the animal from ending up as a bait or lab animal.
Once the animal is vetted (fixed and vaccinated), this is what I do to ensure that I find the right home for my rescues:
• Ask for a vet reference from prospective adopter.
• Get the address and phone number of the prospective adopter.
• Drop off the animal in person. If you don’t like what you see, you can always rescind.
• Give paper work to the adopter. Have a clause to return the animal back to you if adoption doesn’t work out - no questions asked.
